Sue and Jordan are a refreshing musical duo rising from the warmth of California's Central Valley. While Jordan proudly calls Bakersfield home, Sue originally hails from the coastal gems of Ventura County. A serendipitous twist of fate at a local vendor fair in mid-2023 marked the start of their musical journey together that has then since blossomed into a forever partnership. With over two decades of musical prowess under her belt, Sue draws inspiration from master singer-songwriters like Sara Bareilles and Jason Mraz. She showcases a voice that has been described as "crystalline" with musical comparisons to Jewel, Sia, and Alanis Morrisette. Her songwriting even once garnered the attention of Katy Perry who asked her to collaborate after watching her at an open mic gig in Ventura. Meanwhile, Jordan, is a one-man orchestra, transforming the violin into a symphony of sounds and styles through his dynamic effects pedal board. His rendition of "Low Rider" recently earned him nods of recognition from the band War. Jordan's skill has allowed him the honor of sharing the stage with country legends like Tim McGraw and Marty Stuart. Together, Sue and Jordan create a sound that is rich, heartfelt, and enjoyable.
